IMPORTANT NOTE – PLEASE READ

All HASSRA members must include their membership number. If you do not know your number please contact Regional Office at HASSRA-NorthEast@DWP.GSI.GOV.UK who will supply your number.

If your booking form is not fully completed it will be returned to you. No booking will be made without a fully completed form.

Individual bookings should be for no more than 6 persons

Cheques should be payable to HASSRA North-East Trips

Cancellation: If HASSRA North-East cancels a trip then a full refund of any money paid will be made to the member with an explanatory letter. If a member cancels then unless they can find a replacement member, they will lose any money paid.

All trips/events are on a “first come - first served” basis. Bookings only accepted with payment. No post-dated cheques can be accepted.

For trips pick up points are Newcastle Central Station, Washington Services, Darlington Dolphin Centre & Stockton High Street unless otherwise stated in advertisement.
