Lying in the heart of England HASSRA West Midlands proudly covers members in the counties of Shropshire, Herefordshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire and forms part of a nationwide organisation divided into 12 regional areas.
The team of full time officials covering the West Midlands Region is made up of the Regional Business Partner (James Kennedy) based at HQ The Adelphi in London and also a Regional Finance Manager (Helena Whitehead) located at Derby Beckett Street office.
Although managed centrally, the West Midlands team are also accountable to the West Midlands Board of Management in terms of the programme it delivers and the range of benefits and discounts it offers its membership.
The Board of Management, consisting entirely of dedicated HASSRA volunteers, is responsible for overseeing all of the events and activities staged by HASSRA West Midlands as well as agreeing levels of subsidies and in doing so receives the support of the full time HASSRA staff.
HASSRA West Midlands has a reputation as a vibrant, forward thinking association, is always open to new ideas and aims to be inclusive at all times. From sporting events to discounted tickets for shows at venues such as the NEC, HASSRA West Midlands always aims to offer a little bit of something for everyone.
