HASSRA Sponsorship Scheme

The National HASSRA Sponsorship Scheme is open to all members to apply – you don’t have to be at Olympic or Paralympic standard, just already have begun in some way to achieve your aim.

We are delighted to announce that the scheme has received a refresh with a one-off donation from one of our business partners, the Civil Service Insurance Society (CSiS). The donation is specifically for helping disabled people, although of course, the scheme is already open to disabled people and everyone at all levels.

There will be more details about the scheme on this website during November, so watch this space.

HASSRA Sponsorship Scheme

  • Have you been a HASSRA member for more than one year?
  • Have you already achieved some success in your sport or recreation?
  • Do you have a burning desire to reach your potential in that sport or recreational activity?
  • Do you need some financial support to do this?

If you can answer yes to these questions then the HASSRA Sponsorship Scheme could be for you!

The HASSRA Sponsorship Scheme assists our talented members to reach their full potential in their chosen sports and activities.

The scheme demonstrates HASSRA’s commitment to both able bodied and disabled members throughout the Association and has helped applicants to achieve success at all levels including international honours and even Olympic participation! Many awards also go to members who are keen to ‘give something back’ to their chosen sport or activity via coaching or refereeing – and HASSRA has frequently assisted with costs of necessary training etc.

Exclusive to HASSRA members

If a HASSRA sponsorship award would help you in the pursuit of your chosen sport or activity, read the attached ‘notes for applicants’ and complete the HASSRA Sponsorship ‘application form’. If you need more information, contact your local HASSRA Regional Manager.
